Funding for forest fuel reduction plans and projects is again available under the 2015 Strategic Wildfire Prevention Initiative, which is being relaunched today with recently announced additional provincial funding.
Help save lives in your community and be recognized as a Youth Safety Leader! FNESS is launching the Youth Engagement Challenge for First Nations' youth aged 15-29. The challenge will engage youth in fire prevention with a focus on smoke alarms and community fire prevention awareness. This is a creative project and there are many ways to become involved. Community safety starts with you! Become proactive in community fire prevention initiatives!
